Problem/Motivation

It seems that Arto isn't active since a long time and this project is sleeping.
I want support OpenPGP for Drupal 11+ in the platform I create for my own company. So there will be a long term interest to maintain this project.
I didn't want to upgrade the old D6 code but features for storing PGP keys and using them also for mail options are also planned for my project and there are some additional ideas.
