After the update to Drupal 10.5, the Ckeditor toolbar disappears if there are ckeditor_div_manage icons on it.
As soon as you remove the icon from the panel, the visibility of the panel is restored.

I don't use Editor Advanced Image. The editor panel disappears when I drag the
CKEditor Div Manager icon on it

Per https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/releases/10.5.0, the version of CKEditor5 has upgraded from v44.0.0 to v45.2.0, which includes some breaking changes at 45.0.0, 45.1.0 and 45.2.0. (https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/updating/guides/update-to-45....)

This upgrade appears to the be the source of the issue for both this module and the editor advanced images module. Looking further to determine where the actual issue lies for each of them.
