[meta] Remove deprecated extensions from Drupal 12

Problem/Motivation

Remove any extensions deprecated in Drupal 11.

Details on how to remove an extension are in the deprecation policy for modules and themes.

Proposed resolution

Remove modules where agreement was made and modules were deprecated in Drupal 11.

Remaining tasks

This needs to be coordinated with an Issue to add new database dumps, similar to #3569127: Add new 11.3.x database dump fixtures, without modules deprecated for removal in 12.x

TODO: These are set Fixed even though the documentation and issues still need to move to contrib space. They probably should be postponed, but let's stay with what we have been doing here, for now. And the tick is a good sign that everything on the coding side is complete. The timeline for that has changed because we now have a Long Term support phase. When it's confirmed when the docs and issues move child issues should probably made under the meta for each extension.
