1️⃣ Do you have suggested topics you are looking to discuss? Post in this thread and we'll open threads for them as appropriate.

VladimirAus Should we create first timers Drupal 11 guide?

2️⃣ Celebrations :tada:

hestenet (he/him) I keep feeling like we have all sorts of incremental victories to celebrate and can't figure out how to call them all out, so...A general hooray to everyone getting things ready to go 🙂
bbrala Haha :grinning: hear hear
Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) According to https://dev.acquia.com/drupal11/deprecation_status/projects 2 days ago there were already 1.5k stable Drupal 11 compatible extensions 🙂 Another 370 are tagged but not stable yet. And another 745 are compatible in dev 🙂 (edited)
Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) This is roughly 200 less than of Drupal 10 on release day, but we are not yet on release day 🙂
bbrala Not that bad, we had a longer start with 10 I think
dww Not directly D11 only, but I’m very happy that Jess encouraged me to unpostpone and then the release managers stretched the rules a bit so that[#3417136] could happen before 11.0.0 (and 10.4.0)
heddn I would say that the upgrade path from 10 => 11 for contrib is a LOT easier this time around.
larowlan Think I got another 1/2 dozen out this week
MegaChriz I'm close to getting most of my D10 compatible projects D11 ready, but I'd like to take more time to test them on both D10 and D11 before creating releases. I'm aiming to get the releases out before the end of August. 🙂
Kristen Pol (she/her) So great to hear the upgrades are even easier and we are close to the number of D10 compatibility numbers :tada:

4️⃣ Tasks to do for Drupal 11.0 release

Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) Issue is at[#3332028]
Gábor Hojtsy (he/him) The main outstanding issue is at[#3463225] which seriously needs help 🙂
catch There are some 10.3-ish regressions/bugs that could use review. They don't strictly block the 11.0 release but it would be good to release without them outstanding if possible[#3456244]
catch Relatedly[#3463524] is blocking at least one site from updating to 10.3, would be good to fix that one in case there are a lot more out there.
Spokje Do we need a final round of updating composer- and JS-dependencies before the release? And if so, what are we allowed to update regarding major/minor/patch upped versions?Kinda related: Our Updated Dependencies test job would told us about breakage, but that is broken (https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/pipelines/237997)RTBC-ed Fix:#3463954: Bump phpstan/phpstan to latest to make daily "updated deps" QA run pass again (edited)
xjm @Spokje We did those for beta1, so they should mostly be up to date. The main exception is jQuery and jQuery UI which we are releasing on "as high a version as possible" as new more stable versions come out. Otherwise, though, it should be patch-level updates to core-recommended.The updated deps job looks like a good one to get in.
xjm I added the above three RTBCs as should-haves on[#3332028] for now.
catch @Spokje opened[#3465122] with an MR for composer updates, if you're able to review that'd be great.
Spokje @catch Just RTBC-ed.Do we want to do something similar for JS dependencies?
catch @Spokje sounds good to me - at least see what it looks like.
xjm I'll take a look after All The Meetings
