Offering to co-maintain Content Synchronization

I am going to contact the maintainers (Blanca.Esqueda, andrew.trebble, and chris.smith) in the next 14 hours.

This is the message I sent to Blanca.Esqueda.

Hello Blanca,

I am contacting you because Tobias (https://www.drupal.org/u/tobias-m%C3%A4rz) offered to become co-maintainer for Content Synchronization (https://www.drupal.org/project/content_sync), a project you created for which you are project owner and maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3433733 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Tobias will be probably made co-maintainer.

Neither project moderators nor site moderators will remove the existing maintainers/co-maintainers; the project owner will not be replaced either. Maintainers cannot change the project owner; co-maintainers/maintainers can only be removed/added by people who have the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers.

I will contact all the people who can administer co-maintainers/maintainers for the project. This means you, Andrew Trebble, and Chris Smith.

Thanks for the message and the offer to co-maintain.
I took some days to reply as I need to confirm about some resources that I was offered for this project.

I have direct contact with those devs, so for now, I think I'll decline the offer to co-maintain; But I'll leave this issue as postponed instead of closed for another 30 days - In that time it should be some movement on this project with the new help, but if not I'll go back to this task and accept your offer.
