The problem consists of installing packages with the composer install command within a WSL Ubuntu in Windows 11, when executing the command some dependencies are installed but some request authentication from (git.drupalcode.org), what I understand is that with my drupal user and generating a token I can download... but keep in mind that the account with which the process is being done must be a certified Drupal account and this requires at least one post.
