I created the storybook theme project right before the pandemic, but never finished the code I started.

And I now want to transfer ownership to e0ipso, at his request, so he can use the namespace for a module he is developing. He will be commenting here to confirm agreement.

Also, the project will need to be changed from a theme project to a module project.

I made e0ipso the new project owner, but I did not remove JohnAlbin from the maintainers. From the issue summary, I gather it should be necessary to remove JohnAlbin from the maintainers, but I will leave that to e0ipso.
