Drush versions below 12.4.3 are incompatible with Drupal 10.2.0 and above due to changes in the batch API in #3337513: Fix batch process race conditions by making ‘bid (batch id)’ auto-increment

A conflict section has been added to composer.json to prevent this from causing issues. If you use Drush, you will need to upgrade to 12.4.3 or greater before or during the upgrade to Drupal 10.2.0.
