We should add in the instructions that most users probably want the non-LTS and Full Package version, since the LTS-version requires a license ...

Steps to reproduce

LTS

  1. Follow the instructions, and download LTS version, since that seems good
  2. See that CKEditor doesn't load
  3. Check the Firefox Console, and see that CKEditor LTS requires a license

Full package

Some features are missing in the "Basic package".

Proposed resolution

Expand instructions, and guide users to the non-LTS, Full package. See also https://www.drupal.org/project/wysiwyg/releases/7.x-2.10.
