Problem/Motivation

The confirmation message prior to uploading new webform submissions reports the incorrect total in some cases where newlines are included as part of a column in the source CSV.

Steps to reproduce

Upload a CSV with new lines in a text field.

Proposed resolution

Replace `fgets()`with `fgetcsv()` in getTotal() method.
