Offering to co-maintain Belgian National Insurance Number

I contacted FreMun, since he is the only maintainer who logged in recently (right today).
This is the message I sent.

Hello Frederik,

I am contacting you because Joris (https://www.drupal.org/u/borisson_) offered to co-maintain Belgian National Insurance Number (Rijksregisternummer/Numéro de registre national) (https://www.drupal.org/project/webform_rrn_nrn), a project for which you are project owner and maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3386751 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a publicly visible comment posted in that issue in the next 14 days, Joris will be probably made co-maintainer (and will have all the permissions on the project, except the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers).
None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed. A co-maintainer cannot remove the existing co-maintainers/maintainers nor change the project owner.]

I am contacting only you, since you are the only person with the explicit permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project who logged in recently (in the past year).

Think we can move this back to active as 16 days are past now. Even more if we include the 3 weeks of Joris :)
