1. The last release for this project was 15 March 2021, which was 2 years ago
2. The last commit on this project’s git repo was made on 6 January 2022, which was 1 year ago
3. A D10-compatible release has not been made, although a patch is already available in #3329526: Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes
4. I have emailed all maintainers of this project (andriyun, heshanlk, jrockowitz, sylus) on 13 May 2023 about tagging a D10-compatible release, for which I’ve yet to receive a reply
5. This issue itself has not received a reply from the maintainers for two weeks

if you want to be added as a maintainer of this module by the site moderators, you need to follow the procedure described on this page: How to become project owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer. I.e.: File an issue in the project's issue queue, using "Support request" as a category and stating your interest in becoming a maintainer. For the title, use "Offering to maintain Webform: Migrate". Send a PM to all current maintainers to make them aware of your offer, and report in the issue summary who have been contacted about the offer.
