Require elasticsearch/elasticsearch

Problem/Motivation

The tests here in drupal.org are failing, and one of the reasons is that the module doesn't have a dependency on elasticsearch/elasticsearch even if this dependency is part of the instructions. This should be added to the module, instead of being left to the user to figure out.
