James Shields Hello (lostcarpark)
AmyJune (volkswagenchick) hello!! volkswagenchick in from California
rkoller  rkoller
philipnorton42 hello  (philipnorton42) (edited)
hestenet (he/him) Tim from the DA (hestenet) - over here in Portland, OR

2️⃣ Thanks @bnjmnm for arranging the accessibility review with Mike Gifford for Thursday. I am planning to join the call. Anyone else interested in joining?

bsnodgrass (he/him) I have a conflict but have put it in my calendar if something changes... more to observe than anything else.

3️⃣ We have some additional input on the categories and will be meeting via Zoom soon. If you did not yet fill out the initial survey, please see the link here and discussion on this issue. Thanks @chrisfromredfin and @rkoller for continuing to move this forward

bsnodgrass (he/him) :+1::skin-tone-3: I was just asking @rkoller if he had heard anything... so you will just announce it here on the channel?
bsnodgrass (he/him) Would it be during a regular scheduled asynch time?
rkoller there was a new filled out questionnaire by william_kan today. the questionnaire is only missing the category expections/descriptions. when those missing are in i could post a new copy in here. or if we move the whole spreadsheet to a google one? you would just have to provide the desired one aka the link where the data should go.and in regards of the meeting. which day would be suitable for everyone?
leslieg Next week at this time works for me - does it work for others as well?
rkoller but i would suggest to have it soon and not wait for many more questionnaires. better update the current one and get a second round out. (few of the problems got already apparent withe the answers we have)
bsnodgrass (he/him) one of the regularly scheduled meeting times would work well for me, with a few exceptions maybe.
bsnodgrass (he/him) works for me @leslieg
leslieg Does that work for you @rkoller? We would invite the folks that filled out the questionnaire as well
rkoller i’ve already forwarded the link to the thread here to @philipnorton42  and asked if next week would also work for him
philipnorton42
rkoller and next week should work from my end i suppose. there is only the distributed2022 on tuesday and wednesday from miro. but i could step away for an hour or more.
rkoller we would only have to ask jhuskins (i guess he works at your agency @leslieg) and ping @Tinto if he would have time and interest to join next weeks call and which day would work for him? (and apologies for the direct ping tinto ;) )
philipnorton42 i can’t do Thursday. I also know the William Kan who filled it in today so I can ping him as well if you want. (edited)
leslieg I will ask Jay @rkoller @James Shields It would be good to get your insights as well if you are able to join next week
leslieg Thanks @philipnorton42 It would be next Tuesday at 4:00PM ET
rkoller so the time would be 4pm ET? we would only have to find a day working for everyone who participated filling out the questionnaire?  so thursday isnt’t working for phil. any no go days for anyone in that time window 4pm ET?
philipnorton42 is that Eastern Standard Time?
leslieg It will probably be best to meet next Tuesday if everyone can make it @rkoller since we usually meet then
leslieg We will just turn the meeting into a focused synchronous meeting
rkoller It will probably be best to meet next Tuesday if everyone can make it @rkoller since we usually meet thenyep tuesday would be preferable. but just wanted to make sure that in case someone of the others not commented yet has no time at all to have at least one fallback.
rkoller is that Eastern Standard Time?yep eastern time so 21:00 at your place i guess.
philipnorton42 yeah, just making sure I had the conversion correct. Thanks @rkoller :+1:
rkoller yep. timezones are a night mare. luckily it wasn’T one of the two fun weeks of the year like last week :D
James Shields Should by 21:00 UTC, 22:00 CET.
James Shields Would love to. I will be on a flight from Poland on Tuesday evening, just checking what time I'm due to land.
James Shields My flight lands at 19:40 UTC (2:40pm EST), so I should be home by 20:30, and ready for Zoom meeting at 21:00. But if any delays I could be held up.
rkoller fingers crossed the airline is time
rkoller i will wait a few more days in case more filled out questionnaires come in and then update the spreadsheet and pass it in here. so everyone is able to take a look again before the meeting.
Tinto Happy to join if that helps. Tue 21:00 UTC works for me.
rkoller that is the latest updated version of the spreadsheet. i’ve added the missing the categories description for william he added in an update and also added the questionnaire answers by dave that came in. plus i’ve added a new overview spreadsheet. containing categories on d.o, categories available in drupal core the machine learning results chris created and the categories for the first round side by side (the future rounds could be added there as well). and i’ve exported the the numbers file to xls as well). so everyone could take a look before next tuesday.
rkoller updated the spreadsheets with @James Shields answers. and as a suggestion for tonight how to proceed. i would suggest to go through the list of categories and discuss each in regards of clarity, specificity, inclusivity and consistency. to simply assess which of the category labels is already solid which is “okayish” and which has room to improve. at the end we could also discuss if someone was missing any category while sorting in the given modules.
leslieg @rkoller Would you be able to create the zoom link for the meeting today ad send it to folks who filled out the survey (and me who never finished it)? I'm thinking you and @chrisfromredfin will be running the meeting.  I'll remind folks in the channel that we are having a synchronous discussion today and will give them the link to the zoom in a thread as well.
chrisfromredfin We have access to the Association's "Community" Zoom account, if needed.
rkoller i dont have a paid zoom account available unfortunately. so the associations community zoom account would be good i suppose
chrisfromredfin @hestenet (he/him) I just signed in to schedule said meeting ^ but it needs a 2FA code.
bsnodgrass (he/him) Best to use the Association's account, but i have one if needed
rkoller it would be very helpful, no matter on which account the meeting will be run,  to record  everything so it could be revisited afterwards.
chrisfromredfin So I still cannot sign in and haven't heard from Tim - he may be off today or something. @bsnodgrass (he/him) if you could start the meeting and do a recording, that would be awesome
hestenet (he/him) Sorry @chrisfromredfin I didn't see the message until now
hestenet (he/him) Looking at what might be up witht he zoom account.
bsnodgrass (he/him) lol
hestenet (he/him) Try this? https://drupalassoc.zoom.us/j/82469509462
chrisfromredfin I joined and it's recording!
chrisfromredfin could we all just join that meeting at 4p EST?
hestenet (he/him) Zoom is clearly cracking down on account sharing for stuff like this, I will see if I can set it up to forward 1 time pass codes to folks regularly using this.In the meantime, I made that a reusable meeting link.
hestenet (he/him) Yup - that should work, @chrisfromredfin
chrisfromredfin groovy, thanks!
hestenet (he/him) Okay - added folks from this thread to the community.zoom@ email list, so that one-time-password messages should reach you all if you have to get into the account directly. But for the most part you should be able to just reuse the link above indefinitely.
rkoller i am two minutes early but i was able to join in the provided link
rkoller 2 files Categories.numbersNumbers DocumentCategories.xlsxExcel Spreadsheet

4️⃣ @James Shields Did you attempt to send me an email from our PB discussion at BADCamp? Please DM me for my email if you did
