When I want to add button Text and URL are not editable, as you can see on screenshot file. When i chose Source and click on somewhere on code, then close source then is editable. Can it be elegant solution for this to working?

We came to the same conclusion as you, that it's likely a CKEditor issue. I'm gonna go ahead and close this since we have an issue for it already.
