Tagged alpha release compatible with Drupal 9 and 10.

Release highlights:

• Comment notifications should now work correctly.
• Module is now compatible with PHP 8.2.

First tagged alpha-release of the Notify project for Drupal 9/10.

The maintainer believes that it is pretty usable for notifications about new and updated nodes. Notifications about comments still have issues and should not be enabled except to help debugging and participate with testing.

Branch compatible with Drupal 9 and Drupal 10.

This is the first alpha release of the Drupal 7 port of notify. This version is assumed to be stable and ready for use on production sites. Please test and review, and report any issues to the issue queue.
