Ownership Transfer Request

Hi,

I am the current owner of the following projects
https://www.drupal.org/project/simplified_social_share
https://www.drupal.org/project/sociallogin

I want to transfer ownership of these projects to https://www.drupal.org/u/social9
Social9 is currently the maintainer of these projects but we both want the ownership to be transferred from me to Social9.
And then we will remove me as a maintainer of these projects.

Please Suggest.
