Problem/Motivation

User is not logged in after accepting terms and conditions during log in with Facebook etc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and configure social auth and Social Auth Facebook and legal
Social auth module: https://www.drupal.org/project/social_auth

2. Try to log in with Facebook when the legal module is active and terms and conditions needs to be accepted
3. Legal terms are shown, and the user is created but the user is not logged in

4. After the legal module terms are once accepted by the user, the login is succesful
(assuming that the legal module settings does not have this checked: Ask to accept T&Cs on every login)
4.1 if the option "Ask to accept T&Cs on every login" is checked, the user can't login when login with Facebook or other service

5. Also similar behavious with other social media modules like openID connect

I uninstalled facebook auth module and the problem still exists. So the reason is smt else

giving error:
Warning: session_destroy(): Trying to destroy uninitialized session
