I contacted the project owner as site moderator.

Hello coreyp_1,

I am contacting you because Szczepan (https://www.drupal.org/u/lamp5) offered to co-maintain the Tab Tamer module (https://www.drupal.org/project/tabtamer), a project you created, for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.

May you write a comment in https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3226867 about accepting or declining the offer? Without any comment in the next 14 days, Szczepan will be probably made co-maintainer (user with full permissions on the project except the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers).

Best regards,
Alberto Paderno

I am changing the status, as we are waiting for a reply.

Did you see that I sent message to him? Ok, If this module is not needed, I have not to public it on drupal.org. Bureaucracy...

It's described in Taking over unsupported (abandoned) projects » Becoming owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer of a project.

If the owner doesn't reply after two weeks, move the issue to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue, by changing the issue's Project field to Drupal.org project ownership. Please include a link to the project page. The site moderators will normally try to contact the owner as an extra safeguard, unless it is evident the owner is no longer active in the Drupal community. If the owner still doesn't respond, the site moderators will make a final decision about the request, usually giving to the project owner two weeks for replying to the message they sent via the owner's Contact tab.

Since the project owner has logged in 10 months ago, and also posted, a site moderator contacted the project owner, independently from any email already sent from the user who wants to be (co-)maintainer.

Since there haven't been replies, I added lamp5 as co-maintainer.
