Chris opened by reviewing feedback received at last week's meeting and the Design 4 Drupal focus groups.

What to do with this feedback? Make it actionable by putting it into issues in the project_browser queue. (@TODO Chris W.)

The real issue facing us is drawing the line between MVP and not MVP. Do we require API changes before we can launch an MVP? Do we not? What about changes to data on Drupal.org - like the categories and descriptions?

To that end, it was decided that it was helpful to the DA that community members would be happy to write migrations that would migrate the project (module) data from d.o to a new Drupal 9 placeholder site, on which JSON API was enabled, and using that as the temporary endpoint for building the MVP. Once d.o is on Drupal 9, this work will be useful for them. This overcomes a number of existing limitations with RestWS. @TODO Ron, Chris, Neil, and Matt G. will coordinate to make that happen. Anyone else interested in helping with the migration work should volunteer in the Slack channel.

Matt G. is going to give a back-end code-heavy tour of the existing prototype in the coming week. @TODO Matt and Chris will coordinate that in the Slack with Ron.
