He, this is a very nice and useful module, but is it still maintained please? The latest release was issued back in 2016. It needs to be upgraded for D9 compatibility and and also newer version of Highcharts library.

I'm actually working on making this module D9 compatible...

I think the maintainers gave up. Our team is considering forking it.

After Highcharts came up with their own Highcharts editor, I thought our module became superfluous.
If you think it's worth to keep alive than I will be happy to promote you to (co-)maintainer, Niles38.

You can find the Highcharts editor on https://www.highcharts.com/blog/products/highcharts-editor/ and https://github.com/highcharts/highcharts-editor.
When this editor came out it seemed pointless to continue Easychart-development 'cause I thought all users would move to the Highcharts editor right away. Hope Easychart made life a little easier for all of you. Sorry we can't continue development. Hope someone else can.

Does anyone know how to install highcharts on CKEditor with Drupal/composer? The documentation provided is not helpful. Maybe it's out of date?

This is a "Plan" task, IMO patches, MRs should not go in here, as I suspect this is a meta issue consolidating work being done in #3217949: Drupal 9 compatibility, etc.

Can we please consolidate work into their individual issues and link to the issues themselves, rather than cross-pollinating patches, MRs across multiple issues?

Hi all,

I've been added as maintainer of this module in response to the request for maintainers. I've already updated the module for D9 compatibility and I'm working on other issues (like Drush 9+ compatibility and others).

I'm closing this issue in favor of #3217949 (which has been resolved).
