Share your experience and expertise with an underrepresented student in the Discover Drupal program. As a mentor, you will meet weekly with an assigned student throughout the July-March program period and participate in an all-mentor, all-student slack channel.
Discover Drupal aims to unlock opportunities for people who have been underrepresented in the open source community. Entering and navigating the world of open source can be confusing and frustrating—particularly for people who don’t see themselves in the community now. The initiative provides training scholarships, internships, mentoring from Drupal community members, and connections to potential employers, helping students build skills and launch promising careers in open source. Mentors are a key part of that process.
