Thanks @voleger. I don't think I have access to add mantainers to the project. I think @legovaer is the owner. You might consider escalating this to Drupal.org admins

thank you for offering to help out maintaining this.

However, the procedure for Taking over unsupported (abandoned) projects says:

When opening an issue for a project that has opted into security coverage, you must explicitly say in the issue summary if you have that permission. If you aren't sure about having that permission, write that in the issue summary.

Postponing until the missing information is added to the issue summary.

Since voleger has the vetted role, and the project owner last logged in on Drupal.org about 5 months ago, I sent him a message.

I am contacting you because Oleh (https://www.drupal.org/u/voleger) offered to co-maintain the Social Auth Bitbucket module (https://www.drupal.org/project/social_auth_bitbucket) you created and for which you are the project owner.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3183522 about accepting or declining the offer? Without an explicit comment about accepting or declining his offer done in the next 14 days, Oleh will be probably added as co-maintainer (i.e. without the permission to administer maintainers/co-maintainers).
