Problem/Motivation

Can't leave a comment when the big_pipe module is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make sure that the big_pipe, social_discussion, and social_mentions modules are enabled.
  2. Go to any discussion or create a new one
  3. Try to leave a comment
  4. You should get an error that comment field is required

Proposed resolution

Update the social_mention.js to get the CKEditor variable on every step and not at the beginning.
Instances not exist when you use #lazy_builder with big_pipe.
