gisleBefore this can be considered by the webmasters, all the information requested according to the procedures for Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects must be provided.
When opening an issue for a project that has opted into security coverage, you must explicitly say in the issue summary if you have that permission.
You must first use the Contact tab on the owner profile page to contact the project owner, asking to post a comment on the issue you posted. Put a record of attempts to make contact in the issue summary, spelling out who, when and how.

avpadernoandriyun doesn't have the vetted role. He did apply for getting the role, but never completed the application.
gisleThanks, kiamlaluno.
Postponing until andriyun gets the vetted role (or one of the project's maintainers add him).
andriyun commentedHi there
I'm following the procedure written here https://www.drupal.org/node/251466#procedure---own-project
I see that I missed step 3.
I've updated summary with info about it.
@kiamlaluno what application I should submit?
Could any of you give me a hint about "vetted role" I never heard about it :)
There is nothing about it on Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects
Thank you for help in advance

gisleThe "vetted role" is just shorthand for " permission to opt into security coverage". It is mentioned in the boldface text just below the six numbered points in the checklist you refer to. It is also mentioned in this segment: https://www.drupal.org/node/251466#procedure---own-project---with-coverage
This page explains how to apply for the permission: https://www.drupal.org/node/1011698
As already mentioned by kiamlaluno, you did apply for getting the role, but never completed the application. Your application is here: #2958487: [D7] NemID integration
The Anonymous Subscriptions project has an additional maintainer, Paul Kilpatrick (pkil), that has permission to add co-maintainers. You may want to reach out to him by means of PM and ask to be added as a maintainer.
Postponing until andriyun gets the vetted role (or one of the project's maintainers add him).

avpaderno@andriyun The project used for the old application has commits from other users. It cannot be used to get the vetted role.

wiifm@andriyun reached out today via PM and asked for module maintainership (I mentored Paul to create the D7 module in the first instance). Considering:
I have appointed @andriyun full co-project maintainer. Thanks for reaching out.

gislewiifm,
thank you for swift action. I see that andriyun now is a co-maintainer.
