Problem/Motivation

I've just set up my Drupal.org account as I've been asked to post this case study on the site: https://systemseed.com/news/systemseedcom-running-drupal-9-within-two-we....

However, on visiting https://www.drupal.org/node/add/casestudy, I received a 403 notice. Is it possible to make me a confirmed user so that I can post the case study?

As a non-technical user, I'm not going to be able to gain confirmation in the usual way.
