Trivia Questions

We will need trivia questions. This issue will track the creation of questions, where we will ask the community for new questions, and giving thanks to those that submit them

Things to resolve:

We need to think of questions that work in an "open book" environment
We can have one or more rounds that go across the event - like a picture round we had out at the start but don't collect until the end
Could we have a "best dressed" round? People are at home - we could set a best dressed round where people need to submit pictures of team members dressed up on a theme we give them the session before? -- doesn't seem appropriate, after further consideration
