I don't really know how the release process works, I have read different pages. However, I am worried a bit that I need to be a confirmed user to publish a package.

Is that true ? or I just have to wait the bot to proper release the package: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ekino_rendr

Welcome to Drupal.org! The confirmed role is not necessary to create project packages. In fact, the one you created is already available. (See https://www.drupal.org/project/ekino_rendr/releases.)
