I intend to contribute and patch issues in the queue as much as i can. My account is showing "Your account is not yet confirmed and has some limitations". I also contributed a module Number Abbrevation So Please remove me from spam filters as they are major annoyance against doing it.

gisleHi, and a warm welcome to the Drupal community!
Great! Go ahead and do that, and if your patches are useful, you will get the role. For more information, please see the page Become a 'confirmed' user for information on the role and how it is granted.
When working in the issue queues, bear in mind Issue Queue Etiquette.
That sandbox is not a functional module – as there is no code in the repo. IMHO, while a good start, a stub is not sufficient for granting you the confirmed role.
For more iedas, you may want to visit Contributor Tasks for ideas on how to contribute back to the project.
While it is better to not be subject to spam filtering, I do not think our filter is a "major annoyance". The most common complaint is that legitimate posts and patches are automatically unpublished as spam. If this happens to you, report it here and we'll sort it out.
