Can anyone write documentation on how this module works?
I cannot see a README file or any configuration to understand how to use this module.

gaëlgHi @thepayalshetty. You're right, a documentation is missing. I don't have time to do it right now, but to summarize, create a normal image field with no default value in the "Manage fields" tab, then go to the "Manage display" field to add a default image to be showed when the field in empty.
If you manage to use the module, I'd be glad if you'd provide some patch to the README file.

thepayalshetty commentedHi @GaëlG , on "Manage display" tab, I did not find any configuration/field to add the default image.
The only change I found after enabling the module was a formatter called "URL to image" added in the "Manage Display" Tab for the image field.

gaëlgYou should be able to select "Image or default image" (see screenshot). If not, there might be a bug, please test if it works on a clean Drupal install (https://simplytest.me/).
