Welcome to Drupal.org! As Become a confirmed user says, being able to create a project and commit code is not related with having the confirmed role.

Can I host my project on Drupal.org after getting the confirmed role?
That is a separate task, you do not need a confirmed account to host your project. The ability to host a module, theme, or distribution on Drupal.org requires you to have Git access. There is a separate page about obtaining Git access.

As for getting the confirmed role for other reasons, there isn't anything that can be reviewed to confirm the account.

No module project has so far been published.

As described on the page Become a 'confirmed' user:

If you have no content, your issue will be marked as postponed and reviewed again in a couple of weeks. If there's still no content, the request will be denied and the issue closed.

There still are no (0) posts except this one associated with this account, so there is nothing to review. I am closing this request for now. After you have posted some content on Drupal.org you may want to add a comment to this issue to request a new review.
