and tried to get support.

alonaoneill commentedDid you open an issue for your problem?
I see this issue was opened to become a 'confirmed' user.
But you need to explain what kind of problem you have and open an issue for it to get a help you need.

gislealonaoneill.
he has opened up a support request somewhere else on Drupal.org, and our automatic spam filter has mis-detected it as spam and unpublished it.
Unless you have the webmaster role, you will not be able to see it or to publish it. I have therefore unassigned you, as only someone with the webmaster role shall be able to help this user.
This tends to happen quite frequently, and I think it would be a good a idea to give more people willing to help out (such as yourself) this role, but this is not up to me to decide.
