i saw it but the error is not exactly the same
anyway, i tried the patch from here https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3052492
and upgrade went well

i spoke to quick, now i can't load the site, i have a 504 gateway Time-out error without any log (with php execution time to 150) i had some issue with my docker environement sorry

the patch did the trick
