Yea, is this something I can do? I'm trying to get my head around all the things I need to produce to make sure the operations work well. Is this one of the things I should be tracking?

In the last call Wilbur had the thought of trying to hire someone as a facilitator who is familiar with managing an un-conference. I'm not sure if any further work has gone into this.
