May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3050096 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a reply in the next 14 days, Andrei will be probably made co-maintainer of the module.

Since there have not been replies from the project owner, I added ivnish as co-maintainer of the project.
