back_to_top.schema.yml is placed at the root of the folder which doesn't create translate tab for back_to_top config. It needs to be placed inside config/schema folder.

Thanks for the module. Useful!

The schema file being in the wrong place also interferes with automated tests of modules that depend on Back to top. Running a test that extends WebDriverTestBase yields:

No schema for back_to_top.settings
