To keep getting things done, we need to get a point person on our critical areas, someone to take responsibility for their area to keep us on track. I don't think this is in a ticket already, so here goes my list of titles and point person. Please assign yourself in comments, or add your feedback. Or volunteer to help the point person.
NOTE: Point person doesn't mean no one else helps, but someone has to OWN it. Ideally everyone does one, and no one does more than two (as lead).

stpaultim commentedI think this is a good breakdown. Some of these groups ought to be a couple of people, I think some of them could just be an individual volunteer taking point (such as volunteers or venue). Obviously, the more helping with everything the better.
I'm willing to help do some outreach and help recruit folks to take on a task or committee.

cosmicdreams commentedI addition to continuing to beat the drop of weekly progress, I'd like to volunteer for:
wrangling volunteers
completing the web work
and
Camp operations
I'd also like to participate in the community outreach if you need me.
I'm happy to leave the session planning, finance, venue correspondence, and parties to your capable hands.

eojthebraveI would like to help with conference programming too.
I don't see training accounted for anywhere, but I'm assuming that probably also falls under programming? Things like outreach to providers, and communication with them leading up to the training day.

minneapolisdan commentedJoe, you're right, I forgot to specifically mention training under Programming. Any help you can provide with getting training set up is needed, thanks!
