NOTE: If we don't have Sprints on Sunday, there may be no reason for a Saturday night party. I assume that the reason for this party in the past has had to do with all the out of town visitors sticking around for the sprints on Sunday. Not many local folks go to this party. If the camp officially ends on Saturday without any plans for Sunday, this party might not be necessary. It will probably be smaller.
An alternative for a smaller group, but just be a group dinner somewhere and some activity.

jerdavisI see the Saturday party as a nice way to close camp. Each of our events have had a different feel to them, and Saturday is the "relaxed hang out and play board games" night. I don't think attendance has been driven by sprints, and I'd sort of expect out-of-towners would still be planing to leave on Sunday.
I've reached out to Flock and am waiting for a response.
