[dcmuc19] Camp Feedback & Retrospective

Ideas for a questionnaire:

* returning Drupal camp attendee or first-timer?
* if returning: how many tech camps/conferences per year do you attend? // checkboxes: local - national - international
* reason to go
* reasons I know of why others didn't go
* bar-camp format: my pros, my cons
* value for the money (worth less ... worth much more -> indicate the price you'd find appropriate)

I would also add to it questions about:
* Catering
* Location
* Social events
* Communication (was everything communicated well enough to the attendees, both before and during the event)

And just allow people to give maybe from 0 - 10 or something like that. Then they can either be super happy or less. Then there could be a free text field for comments.
