ACB module ownership transfer - current owner deleted account

Hi,

About 2 years ago I become a co-maintainer for the ACB module (https://www.drupal.org/project/acb).
See https://www.drupal.org/project/acb/issues/2849935#comment-12090739 for the conversation with the original maintainer, and their reasoning for granting me maintainership.

Since then, the original author seems to have deleted their drupal.org account, given the project is now owned by "Anonymous".

However now I want to add an additional co-maintainer to take on some work on the module, but it seems I was never granted the "Administer maintainers" permission.

Could you transfer the project to my account, so I can further maintain it, as well as assign co-maintainers, to keep it alive?

Let me know if extra procedures are in place to get this sorted.
