The module project, Views Database Connector, creator and maintainer has removed the issue queue from the project so I am unable to create an issue there. The issue queue, now missing, had helpful information other community members had posted. Additionally, the code branches for 7.x and 8.x that previously existed have been deleted. I can understand a maintainer's desire to abandon a project, I've done so. I do not understand the need to actively abandon a project by removing the issue queue and all the source code.
Can the issue queue be restored? Is it possible to restore the source code in the repository? I'm willing to become the project maintainer if necessary, although I will probably leave the status as maintenance/security fixes only.
Thanks

avpadernoI re-enabled the issue queue, and sent to the current maintainer the following message.

avpadernoIt seems the code has been removed from the repository, but the code is still available in the packaged files Drupal.org created: See https://www.drupal.org/project/views_database_connector/releases/8.x-1.0 and https://www.drupal.org/project/views_database_connector/releases/7.x-1.0.

avpaderno(As usual in those emails I sent, the two weeks term is not mandatory to take any action. The ownership could also be changed after three weeks.)
