hi all,

I have made one module which shows some link in left side block, i would like to stay in same page when i click the link, with some message in that block, with out reloading the hole page. for that i want to use ajax please help me on that.

1. Is The XMLHttpRequest Object is used for that.
2. Is any ajax module is there to come accrous this problem.
3. the correct way to use Xajax

if any other solution please make me cleare

You could use jQuery in order to submit AJAX requests. It's part of the core and its really simplified in within jQuery. Visual jQuery. Look under the ajax tab, you should be able to find what you need. Thank you.
