Once the existing domain switched over to a new company, I now can't login and the website style is all messed up, like there is no theme. It did this for my main domain and sites set-up under a sub domain. The hosting service confirmed the right DNS to point to, but right now I'm not sure how to troubleshoot without being able to login. I've given it plenty of time to propagate, the shared host service is exactly the same as before and I didn't do anything to the site itself, just transferred domains to a new registrar.

describe further "no login". Meaning you don't get the login form, or you get the form but the login doesn't take? If the later, please explain what happens? WSOD? refresh of the login form?

Tried the cache clearing with no luck but then found out the site is working fine on my phone browser. So, I double checked some things and it appears to be related to connecting through a proxy internet connection. So, this issue isn't from the domain transfer it is some other issue in Drupal so I'll start a different thread. Thanks for the help.
