[D8] Invalid localization strings

We have discovered 2 problems with translations. Fixes are provided:

The main problem here is space in HTML tag. That can be checked with the following script:

}

I save that into test.php -> in docroot, after that I can run it with drush on bootsrapped Drupal:

drush scr test.php
