Hi!

I'm using this module in a D8 site but I found that whenever I go to the og menu overview page I get a list of 10 instances always, it doesn't matter how many instances do we have, we always see just 10 items and no pager.

We should see the pager or at least see the full list of og menu instances.

I added a patch for removing the pager and showing the full list of items.

Thanks for the patch. The instances not showing up is a big problem. I will submit this quick fix so that people can at least manage their menus. We can provide a fully working pager in a followup issue.
