i want to use drupal commerce Kickstart but i have a Problem, the Transport Costs are shown under the VAT. How i can put the VAT under the Shipping costs.

The calculation is correct only the position in the list is not ok.

Hi,

I think it will only happen through by change the code.
Go to shopping cart tpl file which is use in this page and change the position.

Or if you provide your site detail information I can help you for that.
