[meta] 3.11 release (bugfix/patches)

I'm working on documentation updates for the release process in https://github.com/aegir-project/documentation/tree/gitlab

In the provision repo I've merged some gitlab-ci work but I'm having trouble getting them to pass every time. I have a feeling there's a 'random' element in whether the queued starts or not.

I tagged a 3.11-beta1 but somehow the build is now failing :(

Well the makefile seems to be failing on not finding the beta1 release node on D.o.
Chicken vs. egg I would like the test to complete before pushing packages to our debian repo and D.o.

One solution could be to alter the makefile to also fetch hostmaster from git. Then I could get away with just pushing the tag, and not creating a release node.

I switched it to use Git as mentioned in #7.

beta3 is tagged and seens to go well on the packaging side.
We have one small regression though.... #2824731-27: API Only: Allow creation of site and new platform in one request. but the testbot seems happy with my quickfix.

This went out today.

An updated Debian package was just released ... maintenance release 3.11.2
The only change is the version number as to trigger an update of Drupal core for the hostmaster installations.
