The super editor isn't allowed to clone a crisis block/banner from another domain to their current domain. This is counterintuitive when all other content types are cloneable and the content overview even shows the clone option for these 2 crisis types.

The issue was a node_access hook in both CT features that was a bit too strict. Changed it so that when you have create permission you are now both allowed to view the node detail as well as clone the node.
