dmsmidtI hereby publicly agree ^_^
Since 2015 I've been involved in the welfare of Inline Form Errors. When enthusiasm in the community was slowly dying my main focus became keeping it in Core by providing patches, spreading awareness and trying to coordinate progress. We are now on track to finally stabilize the module.

mgiffordI'm in total agreement about this. I would mark it RTBC, but since the Inline Form Errors module is currently not listed in MAINTAINERS.txt I think someone else should do that.
xjmThe governance policy allows any full committer to sign off on a subsystem maintainer addition that is non-controversial, so we are covered there and since it's part of committer signoffs that doesn't have to block RTBC, at least.
I'll ping @tim.plunkett as a form system maintainer I guess just to confirm that he's okay with this not being part of his subsystem. :)

marcvangendAs Daniël's colleague, I have witnessed his enthusiasm and persistence for inline form errors. I hardly have words to express my support. Go Daniël!
tim.plunkettAs one of the Form API maintainers and one of the original authors of IFE, I heartily endorse this!

andrewmacpherson commentedGlad to hear this. Daniël's put in a great amount of effort towards IFE stability. Thanks for agreeing Daniël!
Edit: There are a number of follow-up & minor issues for IFE - having a dedicated maintainer role to foster those will be valuable.

undersound3 commentedI know Daniel as a very enthousiastic and devoted developer and think he will be perfectly suited as a maintainer for this module.

Gerben Spil commentedHaving worked with Daniël for over two years now, I totally agree with this. A skilled developer, good at communicating and a great person to work with.
