Errors importing configuration when the view contains a date filter. (Image Attached).
At first I though it was related to the view grouped filter issue: https://www.drupal.org/node/2369119 as errors saving the view were happening as well.
But doing some troubleshooting and comment #77 of https://www.drupal.org/node/2369119 helped figured out that it was something related to the search_api views schema.
views.filter_value.search_api_date is repeated twice on search_api.views.schema.yml file ( line 160 and 211 )
Kept the one with type: views.filter_value.date and removed the second one, then the configuration import worked without errors.

views.filter_value.search_api_date is repeated twice on search_api.views.schema.yml (line: 190 & 241)
I would suggest to remove the second (type: numeric), and keep the first one (type: date).

And sorry it slipped through before. As you can see, #2843854: Test functionality of (not exposed) date filters is just a complete mess and I was glad to get any kind of patch that looked reasonable. Apparently I didn't review it closely enough. (All the more reason to have a test, I guess.)
Anyways, committed your fix (after just re-ordering the entries alphabetically). Thanks a lot again!
